Description

Through the application of accessibility best practices, cybersecurity educators can create more inclusive learning environments where every learner has an opportunity to develop their full potential as expert learners. Accessible design is crucial to ensure participation for all learners in distance/remote learning, especially in response to disruptions such as the COVID-19 crisis. In this session, you will learn how to apply the POUR principles of accessible design to revise course materials and make them more inclusive in order to increase participation and representation in the cybersecurity field.
