As more and more students receive accessible educational materials in a timely manner, it is time to think about how these materials are impacting the educational outcomes of students to whom they are provided. This webinar will highlight three aspects in which change would be expected to occur and consider ways to capture qualitative and quantitative data on these changes. Time will be provided for participant questions and comments.

In this introduction to Universal Design for Learning (UDL), we'll begin by exploring its origin and core concepts. This foundation will support understanding of the key principles of UDL that guide flexible pathways for learning. CAST's refreshed UDL Guidelines will be a featured resource. Participants will leave this session with new ideas about the process of teaching and learning.
